The Ops/Test Analyst assists in software testing for customer systems, collaborates with engineers, and maintains test data and processes.

Provide intermediate cybersecurity engineering and support for DoD test-range systems: perform RMF A&A (NIST SP 800-53), develop SSPs and POA&Ms in eMASS, conduct vulnerability assessments, incident response, change control, and risk mitigation. Interface with ISSM/ISSO/PMs, document security posture, and support compliance, testing, and discussion-based exercises to ensure systems meet DoW cybersecurity policies.

Lead verification & validation (V&V) for the Joint Simulation Environment: develop and execute test programs, supervise engineers, design and run tests, analyze simulation data (Python, MATLAB), write test reports, represent V&V in reviews, mentor staff, coordinate cross-functional teams, support proposals, and maintain technical responsibility for projects at Edwards AFB. Must be U.S. citizen and eligible for security clearance.

Senior software systems engineer responsible for high-level design and oversight of software, hardware, and firmware systems. Lead Agile development, ensure quality and security standards, mentor engineers, manage multiple projects, support procurement, perform technical reviews, generate performance reports, and integrate emerging technologies into defense test and training environments.

Perform pre- and post-test data processing for flight testing: manage data frameworks, reduce and ingest data, troubleshoot anomalies, support QA, generate reports and templates, work with engineers and programmers, log and validate data products, and develop procedures and workarounds.
