Travel ~50% and collaborate with internal teams to drive engagement and retention.

Design and maintain a federated GraphQL server-driven UI and full-stack client platform. Build shared React/TypeScript libraries, optimize GraphQL/SQL performance, set observability in DataDog, operate services on Kubernetes, own releases and on-call duties, improve testing and CI/CD, mentor teammates, and collaborate with product and design to deliver accessible, high-performance customer-facing features.

Design and maintain federated GraphQL schemas and server-driven UI; build fast, accessible front-end apps with React and TypeScript; develop and optimize GraphQL/SQL backends; operate production services (Kubernetes, observability in DataDog), own releases and on-call rotations; drive testing, CI/CD, technical debt reduction, mentoring, and cross-team coordination.

Lead strategy and execution of AI-driven customer support, optimize Zendesk and integrations, implement chatbots and agent-assist, improve self-service and knowledge management, measure performance, govern SOPs and training, and partner cross-functionally to scale support operations.
