Own People Operations, recruiting coordination, onboarding and offboarding, employee records, benefits and leave tracking, administrative workflows, vendor processes, office needs, and workplace events. The role serves as a first point of contact for employee questions, improves operational systems, coordinates cross-functional projects, and builds scalable processes in a fast-growing company.

Lead cross-functional technical programs across engineering, quality, manufacturing, supply chain, and flight operations. Translate strategy into executable plans, track schedules, manage scope/budget, surface risks, align vendors and partners, coordinate production/flight/regulatory milestones, and improve planning and communication processes to enable fleet expansion and market launches.

Develop and maintain firmware and embedded software for aircraft and station systems (microcontrollers and embedded Linux). Lead board bring-up, device drivers, sensor and peripheral integration, hardware/software debugging, verification, and field support. Collaborate across Electrical, Mechanical, Onboard Software, Operations, Safety, and Production to deploy and harden embedded subsystems for production fleets.

Own and deliver backend services and APIs for delivery operations and partner integrations. Build and extend data pipelines ingesting flight and telemetry data. Ensure reliability, scalability, security, and observability of production services. Drive verification, deployment, and incident triage while collaborating with onboard software, operations, product, and safety teams in a safety-critical environment.

Lead product quality for the M3 aircraft from development through deployment: manage supplier and manufacturing quality, nonconformance/MRB using 8D/DMAIC, perform inspections and metrics tracking, audit and improve quality systems, manage production transfers, and partner with safety, engineering, manufacturing, and regulatory to close airworthiness gaps.

Design, implement, and harden safety-critical onboard subsystems in modern C++ on embedded Linux for autonomous BVLOS drone missions. Own features end-to-end, drive verification from simulation through flight test, triage field issues, and collaborate with Engineering, Operations, Safety, and Production to deploy and support production fleets.
