Leads customer and operational program implementation from contract award through delivery. Coordinates cross-functional teams, manages customer expectations, monitors performance and risks, resolves issues, documents scalable processes, and supports facility tours and stakeholder meetings. The role involves outdoor work in varying weather, PPE use, and lifting up to 50 pounds.

Build automated test frameworks and scalable QA processes for front-end, back-end, and integrated aerospace systems. Develop full-stack applications using React, Grafana, GoLang, PostgreSQL, and TimescaleDB. Support microservices, CI/CD quality gates, hardware-in-the-loop systems, telemetry, data acquisition, embedded systems, and propulsion test platforms while collaborating across engineering teams.

Design, analyze, manufacture, and test aerospace propulsion hardware, engine assemblies, fluid systems, tanks, and propellant and pressure management systems. Develop CAD models, P&IDs, engine balances, sizing analyses, and test plans; analyze test results and hot-fire data; and support designs through flight maturity. Collaborate with vehicle engineering, test teams, suppliers, and procurement to meet system requirements. The role also involves multidisciplinary systems engineering, agile project execution, and technical leadership.

The Manufacturing Engineer will develop and optimize processes for advanced propulsion systems, ensuring quality production aligned with aerospace standards, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

The Senior Structures Engineer will lead structural development for aerospace vehicles, performing design, analysis, and supporting processes across teams. Requires strong communication and collaboration skills.

The Instrumentation Engineer will design and maintain electrical and instrumentation systems for aerospace applications, validating sensors and integrating systems across various disciplines.

The Contracts Specialist will manage government and commercial contracts, ensuring compliance and collaboration with various teams, along with drafting and negotiating agreements.

Provides legal and administrative support to the General Counsel, including contract drafting and lifecycle management, corporate governance, government procurement research, compliance audits, due diligence, financing activities, and coordination with outside counsel. The role also maintains legal records, develops internal processes, and prepares executive reports. Requires substantial paralegal experience in defense, aerospace, government, or regulated technology environments and familiarity with FAR, DFARS, CUI, cybersecurity, and export control requirements.
