Lead subcontracting activities for large EPC projects: develop plans, manage teams, negotiate and administer complex subcontracts from award through closeout, ensure compliance with policies, coordinate with Legal/Engineering/Accounting/Project Controls, measure supplier performance, and drive staffing and commercial outcomes.

Lead and manage subcontracting functions from sourcing through award, execution, and closeout. Oversee multiple teams, negotiate subcontract terms and change orders, coordinate with Legal, Engineering, Accounting, and Project Controls, ensure compliance with policies, maintain documentation, support staffing and budgets, and drive operational performance and team development.

Lead riser engineering tasks including FEED, studies, detailed design, analysis and verification. Prepare design calculations and reports, interface across disciplines, support procurement and fabrication, review vendor submittals, mentor junior engineers, and participate in design reviews, offshore surveys, and audits to ensure compliance with standards.

Develop detailed electrical design drawings and 3D models for oil & gas projects, ensure clash-free multidisciplinary coordination, prepare bills of material, perform design checks, support lead designers, and mentor junior staff while maintaining standards, schedules, and documentation.

Lead supply chain activities for subsea projects, oversee project staff, develop sourcing and material management strategies, manage supplier relationships, drive diversity and local content initiatives, ensure compliance with company policies, and support reporting and social responsibility outcomes.

Lead and manage multiple supply chain teams for project delivery, develop sourcing and material strategies, maintain supplier relationships, oversee contract negotiation and compliance, support procurement and claims processes, develop SCM policies, perform audits, and ensure training and ethical procurement practices.

Lead and execute conceptual, FEED, and detailed instrumentation and controls design for offshore/onshore energy projects. Provide technical direction, prepare design reports and specifications, review vendor submittals, support procurement, participate in HAZOP/SIL studies and FATs, and lead discipline teams to deliver projects on schedule and budget while mentoring junior engineers and ensuring engineering integrity.

Lead pre-award subcontract activities including RFP/ITB creation, vendor pre-qualification, negotiation, award recommendations, risk and cost reviews, and subcontract compliance and administration. Provide guidance, reporting, audits, and support subcontract performance and closeout.

Lead HSE engineering activities including FEED, detailed design, calculations and vendor reviews for fire protection and safety systems. Provide technical direction, prepare design basis and safety study inputs, coordinate with disciplines, assist procurement and bids, conduct safety workshops (HAZID/HAZOP), mentor junior engineers, and support project deliverables and audits.

Lead and execute detailed process engineering for oil & gas projects: conceptual, FEED, and detailed design; prepare calculations, PFDs/P&IDs, simulations, and reports; lead discipline teams, coordinate across disciplines, manage deliverables, support procurement and audits, and participate in HAZOP/HAZID safety studies.
