The Senior Subcontracts Specialist improves subcontracts discipline by managing pre-award activities, negotiating terms, and providing guidance to site leadership. They ensure compliance, facilitate internal communications, and support subcontract management strategies while managing cost risks and enhancing operational effectiveness.

The Principal Subcontracts Specialist manages subcontract functions, evaluates proposals, leads strategy development, ensures compliance and guides project leadership on subcontract matters.
