Support global Talent Acquisition by managing ATS tasks (requisitions, candidate profiles, job postings), coordinating interviews, producing ATS reports, completing special projects, and providing administrative recruitment support.

Support contract and commercial activities for EPC/infrastructure projects: assess and mitigate contractual risks, manage change and claims, assist subcontractor management, prepare contract/tender documents, maintain records, provide inputs to financial and progress reports, and collaborate with multi-discipline teams to ensure on-time project delivery.

Manage all subcontract lifecycle activities for construction/oil & gas projects: develop subcontract execution plans, source and tender subcontracts, negotiate commercial terms, award and administer subcontracts, manage EDMS and invoice reconciliation, support risk/change management, ensure compliance with policies, and lead subcontract team performance and reporting.

Maintain and audit employee time and attendance using Timeworks/ETS, prepare/payroll and billing backups, reconcile timesheets, support rate/retro transfers, collaborate with HR and project teams, and assist with software upgrades and audits for a Port Arthur/Sabine Pass project.

Supports routine procurement and purchasing tasks using established procedures: source and buy goods/services, process requisitions to purchase orders, register and qualify suppliers, prepare bid analyses and market reports, maintain records, resolve vendor issues, and assist in contract negotiations under senior guidance.

Lead HSES function for energy projects: maintain policies, ensure regulatory compliance, manage staffing and training, conduct audits and risk reviews, oversee incident investigations, monitor subcontractor performance, and drive continuous improvement against HSES targets.

Manage expediting activities for assigned projects: execute expediting frequency, liaise with suppliers and stakeholders, track and report status, resolve delivery issues, ensure PO delivery meets project schedules, update company systems, and support procurement and logistics coordination.

Lead and manage engineering scope and technical execution for EPC projects. Develop project execution plans, coordinate multi-discipline teams, control cost/schedule/budget, manage proposals, RFIs, design deviations, and project closeout. Provide guidance to engineers, ensure quality and safety, and support multi-office and international project execution.

Lead detailed telecom engineering for oil & gas projects: perform FEED and detailed design, prepare calculations and specifications, manage discipline delivery and teams, coordinate with vendors and other disciplines, support procurement, FATs, commissioning, HAZOP/SIL activities, and ensure compliance with standards (IEC 61508/61511). Mentor engineers and act as discipline representative for project and customer interactions.

Lead project-level procurement and supply chain activities: develop and execute procurement strategies and plans, manage vendor/client interfaces, control costs and schedules, maintain auditable files, resolve disputes, and mentor less-experienced colleagues to ensure timely, quality deliverables.
