Leads end-to-end ERP data conversions, including extraction, mapping, cleansing, enrichment, loading, reconciliation, mock conversions, testing, issue resolution, and status reporting. Provides senior technical expertise for offshore marine welding operations, including tender estimates, welding procedure qualifications, equipment and crew coordination, inspection compliance, project planning, documentation, productivity analysis, and safety oversight. Supports pipeline installation execution, evaluates technical specifications and quotations, coordinates third-party operations, leads training and kickoff meetings, and guides personnel and subcontractors across offshore and onshore sites.

Provides application and user support to engineering, procurement, and construction teams. Analyzes and resolves business and application issues, documents requirements and functional specifications, tests reports and application changes, supports user training, and assists with Smart Plant Materials upgrades. Acts as a functional lead or project manager on IT initiatives while documenting processes and identifying improvement opportunities.

Performs routine indirect procurement and sourcing for IT, facilities, corporate services, travel, training, merchandise, and other categories. Responsibilities include supplier selection, inquiries, quotation analysis, negotiations, commercial bid tabulations, purchase order administration, contract terms application, supplier relationship management, and payment support. The role manages low-value commitments, collaborates with technical and finance stakeholders, and supports more than $10 million in annual spend.
