Lead THE/STUDIO’s end-to-end marketing engine, owning growth strategy, lead generation, performance channels, customer journey optimization, analytics, attribution, and marketing team expansion. Manage SEO, paid search, paid social, content, web, and lifecycle campaigns while building reporting processes and cross-functional alignment with Sales, Operations, and executive leadership. The role combines executive-level strategy with hands-on campaign and funnel optimization in a high-growth remote environment.

Lead and build the company’s sales, outbound, and revenue operations across two business units. Manage a lean team, optimize forecasting and pipelines, develop outbound and inbound playbooks, design incentives, analyze performance data, support strategic accounts, and partner with the CEO and Marketing to accelerate growth.
