Leads complex customer onboarding and technology integration projects for utility customers, managing planning, requirements, resources, budgets, risks, timelines, change control, communications, and project closure. Partners with Sales, Engineering, Customer Success, executives, and offshore teams to deliver projects on schedule and within scope. Owns and improves project management processes, methodologies, automation, quality assurance, and governance while guiding customers through GridX product capabilities and integrations.

Lead technical support for GridX SaaS products (rate analytics, load forecasting, billing). Interface with clients to resolve complex technical and billing issues, perform root cause analysis, improve validation frameworks, collaborate with DevOps/Engineering/Product to build dashboards and tools, assist onboarding, and manage Professional Services project delivery to meet SLAs and customer success metrics.
