Lead full-spectrum employee relations for US/Canada/UK/Germany: run complex investigations end-to-end, coach managers on performance and documentation, own PIP lifecycle, design and deliver compliance training, and maintain the employee handbook and policies. Build processes, training, and playbooks to proactively reduce ER risk and improve leadership effectiveness across the business.
