Manage outsourced accounting engagements including financial reporting, technical accounting guidance, PBC onboarding, audit/tax coordination, budgeting/forecasting, cash flow modeling, client communication, team coaching, scheduling, and engagement economics oversight for a $1.2M managed book.

Lead and oversee tax advisory and technical accounting engagements, manage project plans and client relationships, prepare and review ASC 740 tax provisions, reconciliations, and technical memos, mentor team members, monitor engagement economics and margins, and support firm initiatives while managing a $1.2M book of revenue.

Lead and oversee financial reporting and technical accounting engagements, review complex financial statements and memos, coach managers and staff, manage engagement economics, liaise with clients/auditors, and identify scope or service opportunities.

Lead M&A tax advisory engagements, provide technical tax expertise (Sec. 382, transaction costs, restructurings), manage client relationships and engagement economics, coach staff, and support firm growth and delivery.
