Leads the Accounting Operations and Transformation advisory practice, overseeing service lines, engagement teams, client delivery, business development, and revenue growth. Manages accounting and finance transformation engagements, including post-acquisition value creation, while ensuring high-quality deliverables and client service. Develops team members through coaching, performance feedback, knowledge sharing, and training. Builds firm relationships, supports marketing and sales initiatives, and contributes to strategic firm development in a hybrid environment.

Oversee tax advisory and technical accounting engagements, including ASC 740 tax provisions, tax reconciliations, deferred tax validation, complex tax research, and technical memo preparation. Advise clients on tax implications, lead client relationships, manage project plans and engagement economics, monitor margins and deadlines, and coach team members. Support business development, firm initiatives, and collaboration in a hybrid environment.

Leads growth marketing and marketing operations, including HubSpot strategy, demand generation, performance reporting, digital channels, AI enablement, and the Centri Capital Conference. Builds scalable processes, dashboards, campaigns, and acquisition playbooks connecting marketing activity to pipeline and revenue. Partners with executives and service-line leaders, manages cross-functional initiatives, supports M&A and expansion, and develops the marketing team.

Leads firm-wide quality, risk management, governance, and continuous improvement. Oversees quality monitoring, root cause analysis, training, client risk processes, technical reviews, National Office operations, service delivery, and quality performance metrics. Partners with leadership and clients to strengthen controls, improve processes, manage costs, and ensure consistently high-quality accounting, reporting, and advisory deliverables.

Coordinates marketing operations, including HubSpot campaign execution, CRM data quality, reporting, project tracking, events, vendor coordination, website updates, social scheduling, and conference logistics. Maintains marketing systems, calendars, assets, workflows, dashboards, and campaign performance data while supporting digital execution and operational efficiency.
