As a GTM Engineer at Shepherd, you'll develop and manage the marketing growth engine focused on broker engagement through paid media, automation, and optimization strategies.

Lead and own large product areas across Shepherd's full-stack platform (data collection, automated underwriting, policy admin). Ship end-to-end features, make architectural and product decisions, mentor engineers, collaborate with PM/CTO and underwriting/actuarial teams, and operate across frontend and backend domains.

Build relationships with broker partners, drive growth by aligning products with brokerage goals, and manage sales activities and post-sale engagement.
