Lead end-to-end member and customer experience across Care, Customer Success, and Print/Ship Operations. Set multi-year operating model, own budget and unit economics, build and manage leadership teams, drive service levels and fulfillment throughput, manage vendor strategy, own technology and analytics roadmaps, and represent the function in executive reviews, client QBRs, and new business pursuits.
