Provide post-sales break-fix and consulting for Nozomi Networks OT/IoT cybersecurity products. Troubleshoot, deploy, configure, and optimize infrastructure; reproduce issues in lab, liaise with Product/Engineering, create knowledge-base content, and deliver white-glove support for critical accounts.

The Senior Sales Engineer will support customers during the sales process, manage communications, qualify opportunities, and train partners to drive product adoption in cybersecurity.
