Lead Fever's expansion in Mexico by building strategic partnerships with producers, creators, and venues. Develop and execute market growth strategies, manage commercial relationships, collaborate cross-functionally, and balance a large client base while staying current on entertainment trends.

The Assistant Site Manager will oversee daily operations at a VR venue, manage staff, ensure guest satisfaction, and assist with budgeting and administrative tasks.

Drive inbound and outbound pipeline for privatized events and group tickets, nurture and qualify leads, optimize outreach cadences, maintain CRM hygiene and forecasting, collaborate with marketing and operations, track KPIs, and close group ticket deals to grow Fever for Business revenue.
