Draft and negotiate cross-jurisdictional commercial contracts, update templates and guides, monitor regional law developments, coordinate with stakeholders and external counsel, prioritize legal risks aligned with business strategy, and support upskilling of team members.

The Project Manager will oversee brand partnership projects from ideation to delivery, ensuring they meet client expectations through collaboration and effective communication with various teams.

Generate and nurture inbound and outbound pipeline for privatized events and group tickets. Build outreach sequences, maintain CRM hygiene and forecasting, collaborate with marketing and operations, track KPIs, close group ticket deals, and iterate on sales playbooks to scale B2B event revenue.

Serve as primary stakeholder contact, coordinate internal teams, document requirements, create Q&A for support, communicate product/process needs to engineering, prioritize features, and occasionally attend on-site launches.
