The Project Manager will oversee brand partnership projects from ideation to delivery, ensuring they meet client expectations through collaboration and effective communication with various teams.

Lead development, launch, and scaling of large strategic events in Japan. Build and manage a team of project managers, drive revenue and operational quality, negotiate partner deals, manage budgets and on-site teams, pitch and analyze business opportunities, and represent Fever locally while coordinating cross-functional internal teams.

Manage full-cycle accounting for LATAM entities: bookkeeping, expense control, monthly revenue reconciliations with payment processors, approve large transactions, support audits, lead process improvements, and coordinate external accounting providers.

Lead the operational strategy for complex, high-impact events globally, ensuring successful execution and stakeholder alignment from planning to implementation.

Generate and nurture inbound and outbound pipeline for privatized events and group tickets. Build outreach sequences, maintain CRM hygiene and forecasting, collaborate with marketing and operations, track KPIs, close group ticket deals, and iterate on sales playbooks to scale B2B event revenue.
