Build outreach sequences, maintain accurate CRM records and forecasts, track sales KPIs, close deals, and collaborate with Marketing, Originals, and Sales teams. The role requires achieving sales targets, improving conversion through data-driven iteration, developing repeatable sales processes, and representing Fever’s live entertainment offering to corporate customers.

Build outreach sequences, maintain CRM accuracy, forecast pipeline, track sales KPIs, improve conversion through data-driven iteration, and collaborate with Marketing, Originals, and Sales. Represent Fever’s mission to corporate audiences while developing repeatable sales playbooks and progressing qualified opportunities toward revenue.

Manage partner relationships and oversee the full lifecycle of partner events and projects. Coordinate cross-functional teams, track execution, monitor KPIs, analyze performance, prepare reports, address challenges, and gather feedback to inform product, marketing, and operational improvements. The role requires strong stakeholder management, organization, communication, data-driven decision-making, and fluency in English and Spanish. Weekend availability is required, with possible travel across markets.

Lead marketing strategy and execution for experiences targeting the Canadian market from Buenos Aires. Develop performance-driven digital campaigns across paid social channels, analyze campaign results, identify growth opportunities, and coordinate with Sales, Media, CRM, Design, and Content teams to promote Fever experiences and events.

Own Fever’s APAC marketing strategy for Chinese consumers, including budget and P&L ownership, paid and organic campaigns, performance optimization, forecasting, and audience growth. Lead China-focused activity across WeChat, Douyin, Xiaohongshu, Baidu, Tencent Ads, and Ocean Engine. Develop KOL/KOC and MCN partnerships, coordinate creative and cross-functional teams, localize campaigns, and support major entertainment experiences and global IP partnerships.

Lead global growth projects and strategies across up to 40 markets. Develop new business streams, workflows, and end-to-end solutions; analyze data to guide strategic decisions; improve performance across departments; and manage independent project pipelines in an international environment.

Own Fever’s APAC and China marketing strategy, budgets, P&L, forecasting, and performance across paid and organic channels. Lead campaigns on WeChat, Douyin, Xiaohongshu, Baidu, and other platforms; manage KOL, KOC, and MCN partnerships; coordinate creative, product, growth, and agency teams; and use analytics to drive audience growth, engagement, revenue, and ROI.
