Serve as the single escalation point for residential, business, and hospitality customers to provide white‑glove Tier 1 technical support via phone, chat, and email. Troubleshoot connectivity and product issues, review and resolve scheduled trouble tickets, escalate as needed, follow up to ensure resolution, and act as primary support liaison for Hotwire Communications customers.

The Community Onboarding Manager coordinates projects, maintains communication with stakeholders, and ensures timely delivery of services and support for community onboarding.

Develop and maintain relationships with property managers, HOAs, owners, and developers to bring telecommunications products and services to properties. Prospect, qualify, and close access opportunities; prepare business cases and obtain Access Agreements. Perform market analysis and planning, build local partnerships, conduct sales activities, manage funnel and forecasts in SFDC, maintain records, and collaborate with cross-functional teams. Schedule tenant events and property meetings to review scopes of work.

Manage on-site launch and installation for assigned properties, liaise with boards and POA offices, coordinate stakeholders and operational needs, run community signups and meetings, handle escalations and VIP correspondence, and transition accounts to operations. Requires frequent travel and on-site presence during launches.

Lead executive accountable for the health, performance, and growth of assigned joint venture(s). Serve as Hotwire’s primary counterpart to partner leadership, manage governance, board reporting, KPIs, escalations, cross-functional coordination, onboarding through steady-state operations, and identify expansion opportunities while ensuring alignment between JV and partner strategic priorities.

Identify, qualify, and secure access agreements with property owners, managers, HOAs, and developers to bring telecom products to properties. Prospect, build market plans and business cases, manage pipeline in SFDC, coordinate tenant events, and collaborate with internal teams to drive customer acquisition and retention.

Serve as the on-site liaison during property launches and installations, coordinating stakeholders, construction, installations, billing setup, VIP relationships, community events, training, escalations, and handover to operations while ensuring a white-glove experience.

Manage end-to-end onboarding and on-time delivery of new residential construction projects. Build and maintain stakeholder relationships, coordinate schedules and resources, track milestones in Site Tracker and Salesforce, provide training and reports, attend on-site meetings, and ensure successful handoff to regional operations.
