Deliver exceptional end-to-end guest experiences in lounge and onboard aircraft at the VNY base. Prepare cabins and lounges, manage luggage and TSA screening, provide personalized hospitality, ensure safety and regulatory compliance, coordinate with flight and ground teams, maintain certifications, handle guest concerns, and support on-time operations for scheduled and charter flights.

The IT Systems Administrator will manage technology infrastructure, including cybersecurity, device management, SaaS platforms, user provisioning and internal technical support, while collaborating strategically with leadership.
