Serve as a technical advisor to customers throughout evaluation, integration, launch, and scaling of zerohash platform. Lead discovery, architecture discussions, demos, and troubleshooting across REST, FIX, and trading workflows while partnering with Sales, Product, and Engineering to drive production launches and customer adoption.

Design, build, and scale event-driven microservices (primarily in Golang); collaborate with platform engineers to deploy new services; troubleshoot and respond to production incidents; and communicate with client technical teams when needed.

Design, build, and optimize client-facing websites and internal web apps using TypeScript and React. Implement UI enhancements, ensure performance and scalability, assist backend developers (Go) with integration and troubleshooting, maintain brand consistency, and mentor teammates to drive product excellence.
