Responsibilities include developing liquidity strategies, managing market maker and stablecoin issuer relationships, overseeing OTC operations, asset listings, settlement optimization, monitoring market quality, mitigating liquidity risks, ensuring regulatory compliance, and reporting recommendations to executives. The role builds teams and processes, scales liquidity operations globally, coordinates cross-functional stakeholders, and drives technology adoption within the business.

Lead zerohash’s global sales strategy and revenue across Trade and Payments. Build and manage a high-performing enterprise sales organization, drive complex contract negotiations, develop strategic partnerships, and expand relationships with financial institutions, fintechs, brokerages, and payment processors. Own forecasting, pipeline management, sales processes, KPIs, and quota attainment while collaborating cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Marketing, Legal, and Operations. Represent the company as a digital asset and fintech thought leader and mentor the sales team.

Serve as the final escalation for complex client integrations and distributed system issues. Troubleshoot code and APIs, build tooling and observability, lead incident response and RCAs, advocate product engineering changes, and mentor the support team to improve diagnostics and automation.

Lead and own daily crypto and fiat settlement and trading operations: investigate and resolve breaks, run reconciliations, manage trade lifecycle, automate tasks with Python, run partner go-lives, use LLM tooling, build operational dashboards, and serve as technical SME and on-call responder.

Own the second-line technology and cyber risk function, including risk frameworks, registers, appetite metrics, quantitative risk modeling, and board reporting. Responsibilities include designing the operational risk framework, managing loss events, running RCSA assessments, conducting scenario analysis, testing controls, supporting Engineering incident reviews, tracking remediation, and preparing risk reporting for the CRO, Risk Committee, and board.

Owns functional, exploratory, regression, automation, and user acceptance testing across API- and SDK-based products. Designs test cases, translates acceptance criteria into scenarios, manages defects, verifies data, and supports release readiness across development, certification, and production environments. Collaborates with product managers, developers, and SDETs to identify coverage gaps and improve quality practices. The role may also test financial transaction flows and contribute to automation debt remediation.

Lead delivery of auth-related software projects end-to-end, coordinate cross-functional teams, manage release calendars and JIRA, surface risks, drive PDLC best practices, and build scalable automated AI reporting for stakeholders.
