Develop detailed electrical system models and perform studies (short circuit, load flow, harmonics, grounding, arc flash, transient, insulation coordination). Produce study reports, coordinate with project leads, clients, and other engineers, and support renewable energy project design.

Perform geophysical and geotechnical fieldwork and data processing (GPR, magnetometer, resistivity, LiDAR, imagery), manage drilling subcontractors and soil logging, prepare reports and proposals, coordinate onsite investigations, and support remote sensing and GIS analyses for renewable energy and power-related projects.

Partner with division leaders to align people strategies to project objectives for a multi-disciplinary, project-driven workforce. Lead workforce planning, talent management, employee relations, performance management, compliance (including prevailing wage/certified payroll), compensation guidance, and culture/engagement. Serve as a trusted advisor on organizational design, change initiatives, and risk with periodic travel to project sites.

Support electrical drafting and construction document production for utility-scale solar, wind, and energy storage projects. Produce site layouts, wiring/cable routing, one-lines, equipment schedules using AutoCAD, coordinate with design disciplines, perform quantity takeoffs, and follow CAD/design standards under senior engineer guidance.

Provide day-to-day CAD support across disciplines: troubleshoot AutoCAD/Civil 3D, manage xrefs/data shortcuts and sheet production, maintain templates/standards, document recurring issues, support onboarding, and coordinate with CAD leadership.

Support and manage land development civil engineering projects including design, contract review, billing, staffing, QA/QC, construction administration, client relations, and mentoring junior staff.

Create civil and physical electrical substation drawings (plan, elevation, grounding, foundations, cable layouts) using CAD. Import tables and BOMs, add notes, review work, collaborate with engineers/drafters, support project documentation and meetings, and follow drafting standards.

Support and manage land development civil engineering projects including design, contract review, QA/QC, billing and staffing. Coordinate teams and consultants, perform cost estimating, construction administration, and mentor staff while assisting business development and resource planning.

Provide in-house corporate legal support focusing on drafting, negotiating, and managing commercial and subconsultant contracts; oversee disputes, subpoenas, and litigation; manage outside counsel; ensure compliance (including government contracting FAR/DFARS flow-downs); develop contract templates and playbooks; advise business leaders and cross-functional teams on risk and legal strategy.

Support and manage land development civil engineering projects: perform design, contract review, QA/QC, billing and cost analysis, staffing projections, coordinate teams and consultants, mentor staff, and participate in client marketing and project delivery.
