Coordinates LiDAR and imagery acquisition, survey control, point-cloud classification, feature coding, QA/QC, budgets, schedules, staffing, invoicing, and change orders. Serves as the primary utility client contact while coordinating cross-functional acquisition, survey, production, classification, design, and quality teams. Provides technical guidance and ensures deliverables meet client specifications, schedules, and budgets.
