Designs, executes, and optimizes Amazon promotions aligned with client objectives, profitability, inventory, and advertising goals. Responsibilities include promotion audits, strategy development, calendar management, accurate setup and launch, performance monitoring, optimization, reporting, post-promotion analysis, client strategy support, CSM collaboration, internal training, and knowledge sharing.

Prepare, clean, reconcile, and analyze data from multiple sources; monitor market share, pricing, search, advertising, sponsorship, and competitive trends; and translate findings into actionable, client-ready recommendations. Build recurring reports, reusable frameworks, templates, trackers, and playbooks while improving analytical workflows and scalability. Partner with Client Success teams, support client discussions, and contribute to training and enablement materials.

Manage 15+ mid-market client accounts by monitoring KPIs, diagnosing performance issues, developing data-backed optimization recommendations, leading client meetings, presenting campaign insights, preparing reports and business reviews, and serving as a strategic expert in digital marketing, e-commerce, and retail.
