Design and develop mechanical components and assemblies for premium audio products using 3D/2D CAD. Support prototyping, testing, validation, tolerance and material selection, and thermal/mechanical evaluations. Collaborate with industrial design, electrical, acoustics, manufacturing, and supply chain teams; work with suppliers and contract manufacturers to resolve production issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement design improvements.

Process and ship spare parts orders via phone, fax, and email; assist customers, dealers, and distributors with parts inquiries; prepare documentation, invoices, and shipments; maintain records and support inventory control; communicate with internal teams to resolve order issues and keep work area organized.

Maintain and extend automation and tooling for Bose audio engineering teams. Build and support CI/CD pipelines, containerized environments, and infrastructure-as-code. Write tested code, participate in code review, troubleshoot with users, and foster a collaborative prototyping community.

Lead platform and system architecture for advanced audio and sound management across consumer and automotive products. Define system requirements, develop scalable architectures, guide trade studies, mitigate technical and safety risks, and drive cross-functional delivery from concept through launch using MBSE, analytical methods, and systems thinking.

Design, implement, and validate DSP algorithms for licensable audio technologies. Adapt and optimize algorithms (noise reduction, voice pickup, spatial audio, speech enhancement) for embedded real-time systems across partner platforms, support integration and testing, and collaborate with internal teams and partners to ensure robust, portable, scalable solutions.

Act as the primary IT business partner for assigned corporate functions, translate business strategy into technology roadmaps, manage demand intake and portfolio governance, support business case development and value realization, and coordinate program oversight with delivery, architecture, and vendor teams to ensure initiatives meet scope, schedule, budget, and adoption goals.

Lead design and build of a scalable operating architecture for Bose Audio Technology: define end-to-end customer lifecycle, establish systems/processes/governance, align Sales/Engineering/Delivery, develop business operations infrastructure (billing, usage tracking, licensing), embed customer-centric metrics, and build a high-performing team to scale platform-driven B2B operations.
