Lead global test automation strategy and architecture for automotive embedded systems. Define HIL/SIL architectures, design automated tests with requirements traceability, integrate CI/CD, drive tool standardization, mentor teams, and ensure ASPICE-compliant validation across OEM programs.

Design, implement, and validate DSP algorithms for licensable audio technologies. Adapt and optimize audio, speech, noise-reduction, and microphone-array algorithms for embedded real-time systems and partner platforms. Support integration, testing, tuning, and partner enablement; evaluate third-party technologies and collaborate across engineering, systems, software, and product teams to deliver robust, portable, and scalable solutions.

Develop and execute trade marketing strategy for North American reseller channel. Partner cross-functionally and with reseller partners to drive consideration, conversion, and sell-thru. Build quarterly trade plans, set KPIs, track ROI, collaborate on in-store merchandising and creative assets, analyze market and sell-thru data, and support activation execution to meet revenue targets.
