The IT Business Analyst II is responsible for optimizing automation in Finance, Accounting, and HR, by analyzing processes, defining system strategies, and supporting digital transformations. They will collaborate with stakeholders, manage projects, and develop training materials for end users.

Lead design, implementation, testing, and integration of high-reliability C++ flight software for launch vehicles and spacecraft. Collaborate with engineering teams, follow aerospace processes, support vehicle testing and launches, and develop internal Python tools.

Lead propulsion integration and test activities for liquid rocket engines: define configurations, design and execute test plans, analyze test data, mentor propulsion engineers, support manufacturability and production integration, and develop propulsion component concepts and test processes.

Design, deploy, and operate cloud and on-premises infrastructure for mission-critical spacecraft ground systems. Manage Kubernetes containerized workloads, CI/CD pipelines, AWS cloud services, IaC, observability, streaming data platforms, authentication/authorization, and incident response to ensure scalable, secure, and highly available mission operations.

The Tooling Engineer III will design, develop, and implement manufacturing tooling solutions, ensure compliance with standards, and support production coordination.

Design, develop, test, and integrate embedded flight firmware for microcontrollers and processors in bare-metal or RTOS environments. Implement low-level drivers and communication protocols, collaborate with hardware teams to debug integrations, optimize for power/performance, participate in code reviews, and validate system-level performance. Optionally support FPGA integration and custom OS builds.

Design, implement, verify, and optimize FPGA logic (RTL to hardware) for Microchip PolarFire SoCs. Create IP cores, integrate with RISC-V subsystems, build UVM testbenches, run synthesis/place-and-route, perform timing closure and verification, and develop fault- and radiation-tolerant designs for space applications while collaborating with software teams.

The role involves leading the transition of propulsion products to production, creating assembly instructions, process improvement, and troubleshooting failures. Requires teamwork and communication to ensure successful engine assembly and testing for spacecraft.

Design, develop, and manage propulsion components and systems for launch vehicles. Lead cross-functional teams, improve cost efficiency, and ensure product quality through rigorous testing.
