Perform structural analysis for spacecraft, launch vehicles, and ground support using hand calculations and FEA (ANSYS, NX Nastran). Develop test requirements, validate models with test data, review analyses, define material properties and part changes, and write strength and stability margins to meet program safety factors.

Support Ground Support Equipment engineers through system design, construction, and activation: concept generation, sizing, costing, detailed drawings, fabrication instructions, inspections, checkout procedures, and test/launch operations support across structural, electrical, and fluid systems.

Design, develop, test, and integrate embedded flight firmware for microcontrollers/microprocessors in bare-metal or RTOS environments. Implement low-level drivers and communication protocols, collaborate with hardware teams to debug interactions, optimize for power/performance, participate in code reviews, and validate system-level behavior. Optionally support FPGA integration or custom embedded Linux builds.

Lead vehicle-level architecture and interdisciplinary optimization for spacecraft programs. Serve as primary technical authority across lifecycle, conduct system trades, manage mass/power/data budgets and technical risk, chair design reviews, support operations and anomaly resolution, mentor engineering staff, and coordinate across Production, QA, Program Management, and customers.

Design, develop, test, and support hypergolic in-space propulsion hardware (main and attitude engines, valves, tanks). Own integration, manufacturing, test procedures, flight operations, risk trade studies, automation, and data analysis for propulsion systems.

The Development Scheduler coordinates early-stage production for development and manufacturing, ensures schedules are organized, progress tracked, and risks identified for successful execution of complex builds.

Support GSE fabrication for launch vehicles and spacecraft by managing work orders, supplier relations, procurement, NDE, assembly verification, mBOMs, RFQs, schedules, and design-for-manufacturability feedback across programs.

Design and own ground support equipment (GSE) projects from requirements through fabrication and test. Create 3D CAD models, perform structural analysis (FEA and hand calculations), produce drawings with GD&T, coordinate with manufacturing and vendors, run proof/activation tests, and support cross-functional integration and launch activations.
