Manage end-to-end recruitment across regions: source and headhunt candidates, create job descriptions, post roles, screen applications, conduct interviews and reference checks, maintain candidate relationships, handle HR administrative duties (records, reporting, P-File management), and support ad-hoc projects. Hybrid role based in London.

Partner directly with the founder to turn cross-functional data into strategic insight—perform ad-hoc and modelled analysis, write performant SQL, use modern AI tools, define success metrics, and communicate clear commercial recommendations to influence company decisions.
