Hands-on Security Operations Engineer responsible for threat detection, incident response, security automation, endpoint and identity management, cloud infrastructure security, and SOC 2/HIPAA compliance. The role administers tools such as Sumo Logic, Jamf, Intune, Slack Enterprise, CrowdStrike, and Torq; investigates incidents; performs root-cause analysis; hardens systems; and partners with IT and engineering teams to enforce zero-trust controls and protect patient and organizational data.

The role requires onsite work in New York City four days per week.

Design, build, and scale backend services and APIs to support AI agent execution and hybrid LLM inference stacks. Integrate with clinical systems (FHIR/EMR), implement observability, background workers, and event-driven architectures, and collaborate with data science and ML teams to deploy reliable, production-ready AI features.

Lead People strategy as an executive partner to scale corporate and clinical teams from ~80 to 200+ providers. Build clinician career architectures, oversee talent lifecycle (TA, onboarding, performance, rewards), implement people analytics and HR systems, drive culture, inclusion, retention, and organizational design during high-growth expansion.

Lead design and delivery of reliable, privacy-first full‑stack systems for clinical AI products.
