Serve as the FP&A strategic partner for the Networked Solutions PBU, delivering financial reporting, variance analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning. Build and maintain complex financial models, identify risks and opportunities, support OpEx forecasting, and drive process improvements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and senior leadership to inform strategic decisions and improve operational and product profitability using analytics and technology.

Own lifecycle and roadmap for Network Interface Card hardware, lead NPI from requirements to launch, align cross-functional teams, support sales and customers, manage regulatory and regional deployment, monitor quality and field performance, and drive product improvements through market and technical insight.

Support monthly, quarterly, and year-end close activities, prepare journal entries and reconciliations, maintain Oracle ERP general ledger structure, support Oracle Cloud EPM narrative reporting, assist consolidations (intercompany, FX translation), drive data validation and process improvements, and partner with Finance, IT, and Compliance to ensure accurate consolidated financial reporting under U.S. GAAP.

Lead global test engineering to define and execute strategies for NPI and sustaining products. Manage a distributed team to deliver scalable ATE, fixtures, test automation, DFT, and data-driven test analytics, drive yield and cycle-time improvements, partner cross-functionally with product, quality, operations and suppliers, and manage CAPEX, suppliers, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Serve as a strategic FP&A partner to global R&D, delivering monthly/quarterly reporting, budgets, forecasts, long-range plans, scenario-based financial models, portfolio-level investment analysis, and cross-functional stakeholder collaboration to support resource allocation and continuous improvement.

Lead design, development, installation, and sustainment of manufacturing equipment and automated assembly systems. Integrate robots, PLCs, vision and safety systems; drive OEE/FPY improvements, troubleshoot equipment, manage equipment lifecycle, maintain documentation, mentor junior engineers, use MS-SQL/Power BI for data-driven continuous improvement, and support NPI and cross-functional lean initiatives.

Own full sales lifecycle for electric and gas utility accounts: develop territory and account plans, build executive relationships, identify and close new business, expand existing accounts, manage forecasts and CRM, collaborate with solution, product and customer success teams, and represent the company at industry events to drive revenue and modernization initiatives.
