Leads a global portfolio of hardware and software product development and sustaining programs for Itron’s Networks Solutions business. Oversees PMO governance, budgets, roadmaps, phase gates, risks, KPIs, and executive reporting while managing a global team of Program Managers. Partners with engineering, product management, supply chain, finance, legal, and other stakeholders to deliver products from concept through commercialization and sustainment.

Own the evolution of Locusview’s mobile and web digital construction platform. Define and prioritize GIS, geospatial data, asset management, and field workforce capabilities; partner with customers, Engineering, UX, and customer-facing teams; and guide initiatives from discovery through launch. Use feedback, analytics, and market insights to shape the roadmap, improve adoption and productivity, and explore AI and automation opportunities.

Provides commercial, operational, and account support to sales executives serving utility and energy-sector customers. Coordinates quotations, contracts, purchase orders, forecasts, revenue tracking, customer returns, quality issues, and escalations. Maintains Salesforce data, prepares dashboards and analyses, supports marketing campaigns, and improves workflows. Collaborates across Sales Operations, Finance, Planning, Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Marketing, and Order Management to resolve issues and strengthen customer outcomes.

Manage enterprise SaaS customer accounts to drive adoption, retention, renewals, expansion, and value realization. Build executive relationships, create success plans, lead business reviews and workshops, monitor customer health, resolve escalations, and coordinate cross-functional teams through deployment and ongoing operations. Translate customer needs into product and engagement improvements while identifying growth opportunities. Regular remote and in-person customer meetings across the US and Canada are required.

Develop and maintain functional, integration, exploratory, regression, UI, API, and end-to-end tests for advanced metering and IoT solutions. Build automated test frameworks with Playwright, TypeScript, and JavaScript; validate APIs and distributed applications; troubleshoot defects; integrate tests into CI/CD pipelines; and collaborate with engineering and product teams in Agile development. Improve automation coverage, test efficiency, product testability, and release confidence.

Lead design and implementation of Oracle Fusion SCM solutions and integrations with MES for discrete manufacturing. Gather and translate business requirements, configure Oracle modules, build integrations, support troubleshooting, deliver training and documentation, and develop manufacturing analytics and KPIs (Power BI/Power Automate) to drive continuous improvement while advising stakeholders on supply chain and production processes.

Leads and develops a technical support engineering team while serving as the senior escalation resource for complex SaaS, mobile, hardware, networking, API, and data issues. Provides customer support, oversees ticket management and SLA adherence, analyzes logs and diagnostics, coordinates with Product and Engineering, improves support processes, maintains knowledge resources, supports onboarding, and monitors operational and customer satisfaction metrics.

Provides technical leadership for enterprise Identity and Access Management architecture, engineering, governance, and strategy across hybrid, multi-cloud, and on-premises environments. Designs workforce, customer, product, privileged, application, cloud, and non-human identity solutions; advances Zero Trust and least privilege; improves lifecycle automation, access governance, monitoring, and policy-as-code. Leads identity-related incident response, communicates security risks, develops enterprise standards, and mentors technical teams.

Design and build AI solutions using Microsoft AI stack (Azure, Copilot Studio, Azure AI Foundry). Develop copilots, RAG and agentic workflows; create API services, implement secure data access, and build CI/CD pipelines. Collaborate with product, engineering, security, and business teams to deliver compliant, observable, and scalable AI capabilities for utilities.
