Installs, configures, upgrades, maintains, and troubleshoots IBM DB2 for z/OS subsystems. Manages ZPARMs, buffer pools, logs, BSDS, catalogs, performance, capacity, Data Sharing environments, Sysplex, Coupling Facility integration, high availability, and disaster recovery. Lead Kyndryl Japan’s corporate communications strategy, reputation, strategic narratives, executive positioning, media engagement, crisis communications, and thought leadership. Manage public relations and government affairs agencies, coordinate policy-related communications, advise executives, develop communications materials, and measure campaign effectiveness. The role requires strong Japanese and English communication skills, technology or B2B experience, international collaboration, and at least eight years of communications or public relations experience.
