As a Maconomy Support Analyst, you'll provide technical support for Deltek Maconomy ERP, diagnose issues, and collaborate with customers to deliver tailored solutions across various industries.

Advise customers on IBM Z and LinuxONE technology solutions across sales, pre-sales, consulting, architecture, and delivery. Translate technical expertise into customer-focused solutions, demos, proof of concepts, prototypes, and profitable cross-practice deals. Coordinate pre-sales processes, ensure quality and compliance, collaborate with customer and consulting partners, and develop relationships with external alliances. Offshore specialist lead for tenant-to-tenant Microsoft 365 consolidations focused on Entra ID and Exchange readiness. Provide readiness guidance, escalate and remediate identity and messaging blockers, create and maintain remediation runbooks and known-issue catalogues, support cutover war rooms, coordinate app/service principal dependencies, capture evidence, and report readiness and remediation metrics while aligning to regional shift patterns.
