As a Project Manager at Kyndryl, you will oversee project delivery, manage client relations, construct project plans, lead teams and meetings, and ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication and risk management.

Provide L1/L2 administration of EMC Dell NetWorker: install, upgrade, patch, harden, monitor and tune backups for Windows and Unix, manage tape libraries and SAN/NAS, coordinate OEM L3 support, maintain logs and daily reports, and support 24x7 operations with ITIL practices.

Manage and maintain client systems, troubleshoot platform issues, ensure security compliance, prioritize and resolve tickets, perform Windows Server and VMware administration, support cloud and on‑prem to cloud migrations, recommend modernization, and collaborate with teams to deliver solutions.

Provide strategic network and edge advisory to C-suite and IT leaders, design and plan network modernization and zero-trust initiatives, lead assessments, solution selection, automation and implementation efforts, represent Kyndryl publicly, and drive measurable client value and business growth in Japan.

Manage and maintain Windows Server and VMware environments, support public/private cloud migrations, ensure security compliance, triage and prioritize support tickets, oversee technicians, and recommend modernization opportunities.

Operate and monitor distributed computer systems, perform batch operations per service agreements, analyze and route first-level issues, manage scheduling/reporting/logging, support backup/recovery and basic network troubleshooting, and develop customer-specific support processes while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
