Own strategic customer engagements from kickoff through delivery, renewal, and expansion. Lead technical program governance, audit and engineering delivery, stakeholder coordination, risk management, dependency resolution, executive reporting, and third-party collaboration. Build account intelligence, identify expansion opportunities, and ensure client satisfaction. The role requires credible technical discussions involving blockchain and smart contract architecture, strong commercial judgment, and effective management of complex global engagements.

Own and grow a portfolio of L1/L2 foundations, protocol teams and infrastructure providers. Lead full sales cycle for technical security and open-source partnerships, scope audits and secure development work, close six- to seven-figure deals, maintain account plans, and represent OpenZeppelin at conferences and workshops.
