Lead a hands-on Site Reliability Engineering and DevOps team supporting production SaaS environments across Azure and AWS. Own availability, observability, automation, incident response, on-call operations, disaster recovery, and reliability improvements. The Senior Corporate Counsel will provide legal support across various matters like corporate governance, compliance, commercial transactions, and employment law while collaborating with the legal team and other departments.

Manages software engineers and integration specialists building, deploying, and operating Fastpath Access Governance services. Owns the technical roadmap, delivery, quality, architecture, and operational health of cloud-native services. Partners with product, UX, and architecture teams in Scrum, drives AI-assisted engineering practices, oversees ERP and business application integrations, and develops a supportive, high-performing engineering culture.

Generates and qualifies inbound and outbound leads through phone, email, and LinkedIn outreach. Conducts account research, engages IT decision-makers, performs at least 75 daily prospecting activities, develops sales pipeline, and collaborates with Sales on go-to-market strategies and lead handoffs. Maintains accurate activity records in Salesforce and SalesLoft while building knowledge of Delinea’s cybersecurity products.

Support sales by structuring and pricing complex SaaS deals, drafting and reviewing contracts, managing approval workflows, maintaining Salesforce records, partnering with Finance/Legal/Product, and improving deal desk processes while supporting month/quarter-end close activities.

Own Delinea’s web marketing strategy and performance across buyer journeys, personas, conversion paths, search visibility, and analytics. Lead testing and optimization programs, define KPIs and dashboards, prioritize web roadmaps, and direct internal development and design teams through strategic briefs. Partner cross-functionally with product, marketing, brand, demand generation, customer marketing, and sales teams to align web experiences with messaging, campaigns, pipeline, and revenue goals.

Build and lead Delinea’s data governance function from the ground up, including policies, workflows, team hiring, and tooling. Own Salesforce account and customer hierarchy integrity, deduplication, account creation controls, OFAC screening, SLAs, audit trails, and IPO-ready data quality. Lead a Mexico City-based analyst team and implement an AI-first operating model that automates detection, matching, research, and flagging while retaining human approval for transactional changes.

Maintains Salesforce account hierarchies, resolves duplicate records, validates parent-child relationships, and researches account creation requests. Performs OFAC and sanctions screening, escalates potential matches, documents changes for audit readiness, meets service-level agreements, and reviews AI-flagged data-quality findings. The Analyst also provides feedback on automation tools and recommends process improvements. This is a hybrid role based in Mexico City.
