Provide in-house legal counsel focused on drafting, reviewing, redlining and negotiating a wide range of commercial contracts. Conduct contract audits and contract management, support global privacy/compliance initiatives, corporate governance, litigation support, vendor/supplier and lease negotiations, insurance and HR-related agreements, and liaise with outside counsel. Advise business teams to mitigate risk and support global initiatives and executive leadership on legal and operational matters.

Support cybersecurity team by assisting with policy implementation, monitoring alerts, conducting vulnerability assessments, deploying and maintaining security software, and participating in training and awareness programs.

Drive acquisition and retention of profitable logistics and supply chain accounts. Develop and execute account sales strategies and yearly business plans, manage client relationships, negotiate contracts, and report sales activity. Utilize SEKO technology and Microsoft Office, travel for client meetings, and support market and competitor analysis.

Manage international air, ocean, and warehouse operations, ensure SOP compliance, train staff, meet financial and operational KPIs, onboard new clients, handle escalations and collections, develop client relationships, create tracking reports, obtain CargoWise certification, and ensure regulatory and security compliance (FMC, TSA, ISF, ICS2, AMS, Dangerous Goods, C-TPAT).

Lead acquisition and retention of profitable logistics accounts; develop and execute account sales strategies and yearly business plans; maintain customer, competitor and market expertise; use SEKO tools and reporting; perform sales calls, client entertainment and travel; prepare sales activity reports; ensure compliance with C-TPAT and company policies.

Drive territory revenue by acquiring and retaining logistics and transportation clients. Develop account strategies, execute sales plans, manage relationships, report results, and represent SEKO through travel, client meetings, and outreach. Maintain market knowledge and comply with company policies.

Coordinate day-to-day domestic and international shipments, schedule and route freight, obtain PODs, update shipment statuses, handle customer inquiries, create rate quotes, maintain tariffs in SEKO RED NA, ensure regulatory compliance (TSA, C-TPAT, Hazmat, FAA), and perform related administrative, accounting, and recordkeeping tasks.

Coordinate inbound domestic freight: plan driver routes, verify preload/inbound freight against paperwork and update TMS, schedule transfers with partner carriers, and prepare transportation service quotes.

Sell SEKO logistics solutions by prospecting and closing new business, managing customer relationships, preparing proposals/RFP responses, maintaining sales records, and meeting territory sales targets. Represent domestic and international freight, FTL/LTL, and fulfillment services.
