Provides executive-level leadership for critical enterprise client relationships and employee benefits accounts. Owns client lifecycle strategy, strategic outcomes, carrier and client relationships, enterprise service models, and complex benefits delivery across markets. Leads and mentors teams, influences organizational strategy, and serves as a subject matter authority. Requires an active Life and Health license, extensive market expertise, and at least 10 years of relevant experience.

Provides administrative and technical support for commercial insurance accounts. Responsibilities include preparing renewal materials, processing endorsements, audits, invoices, certificates, and policy documentation; maintaining accurate account data in EPIC; communicating with clients on routine service needs; supporting accounts receivable reporting; and routing claims and risk-control documentation. Requires strong organization, communication, attention to detail, basic commercial insurance knowledge, and a state-specific property and casualty license.

Manage business insurance clients through new business and renewal processes, coordinate with carriers and internal teams, review policies and audits, identify coverage gaps and growth opportunities, prepare submissions and proposals, and resolve documentation, billing, and policy issues while delivering exceptional client service.

Manages a $2M+ insurance book focused on large and complex accounts, leading renewals, program design, marketing, carrier negotiations, and client strategy. Develops complex international, casualty, captive, and property programs; supports new business, builds carrier relationships, and collaborates with specialty teams. Provides mentorship and technical guidance to account executives and managers while advancing strategic risk management solutions and client outcomes.

Leads nationwide IT technical operations, including field technician and helpdesk teams, ITSM process design, workstation and peripheral support standards, service desk systems, onboarding and offboarding, office technology, hardware refreshes, cloud and on-premises operations, continuous improvement, and cost management.

Manages complex commercial insurance accounts, including daily client servicing, renewals, remarketing, quoting, negotiations, policy processing, and account receivables. Leads client meetings, provides insurance strategy and technical guidance, supports cross-selling, mentors associates, and delivers training. Maintains client and carrier relationships while ensuring accurate account records, licensing, continuing education, and high client satisfaction.

Leads commercial lines service teams, manages and develops Account Executives, oversees account assignments and quality control, and supports client retention and growth. Develops and negotiates new and renewal insurance marketing, coordinates cross-functional client services, leads business reviews, monitors receivables, maintains carrier and client relationships, and communicates department strategy and performance to leadership. Requires substantial insurance industry and management experience, a state Property and Casualty license, and moderate travel.
