Manage customer relationships from sale through implementation, lead kickoffs and cadences, align scope and objectives, present project plans, identify and mitigate risks, drive adoption and change management, and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure timely delivery and continuous improvement.

Provide US-timezone product support and onboarding: triage cases, troubleshoot issues, train customers, manage integrations (Salesforce, Jira), escalate with team, and collect metrics for reporting and CSAT.

Own the end-to-end sales cycle for mid-market accounts: prospect, qualify, value-sell, forecast, and close net-new revenue. Maintain CRM hygiene, collaborate with GTM teams, and consistently hit quota using MEDDPICC-aligned sales methodology.
