Own assigned client relationships through onboarding, implementation, training, adoption, and retention. Resolve escalations, act as strategic advisor, run reviews, track CS metrics (NRR, churn, CSAT/NPS), collaborate cross-functionally, and help develop case studies and success content.

Design and deliver bespoke customer outcomes through optimization reviews, complex automations, integrations, and custom Rocketlane apps. Lead solution architecture, build advanced Workato/Zapier automations, define target-state designs, produce proof of value, and enable expansion with cross-functional collaboration across Customer Success, Product, and Engineering.

Provide US-timezone product support and onboarding: triage cases, troubleshoot issues, train customers, manage integrations (Salesforce, Jira), escalate with team, and collect metrics for reporting and CSAT.

Own the end-to-end sales cycle for mid-market accounts: prospect, qualify, value-sell, forecast, and close net-new revenue. Maintain CRM hygiene, collaborate with GTM teams, and consistently hit quota using MEDDPICC-aligned sales methodology.
