Establish and lead Broadvoice’s PMO, creating lightweight governance and agile delivery processes. Partner with Product, Engineering, and business leaders to plan, track, and report on UCaaS and CCaaS initiatives. Develop dashboards, metrics, and status reporting; facilitate cross-team alignment; resolve risks and dependencies; support planning cadences; and improve consistency in program execution. Initially operating as a one-person PMO, the role will scale the function over time.

Own a Southern California territory to recruit, enable, and manage channel partners (TSDs, VARs, MSPs, agents) to drive midmarket CCaaS/UCaaS revenue. Build joint plans, support sales cycles, deliver enablement, attend trade shows, manage forecasts in Salesforce, and travel 30-50% to grow partner-sourced pipeline.

Lead strategy and execution for Broadvoice's CCaaS platform: own the platform roadmap, build admin/config experiences, ensure monitoring and scalability, collaborate with engineering/DevOps, and drive metrics for provisioning, uptime, and support efficiency.
