Directs the development and daily operation of futures and prediction-market trading infrastructure. Responsibilities include self-clearing initiatives, trade routing, exchange and clearing connectivity, back-office processing, production readiness, trade-flow monitoring, issue escalation, margin and liquidation oversight, account risk management, and coordination with clearing firms, risk, compliance, and operations teams. The role supports 24/7 trading operations and requires hands-on futures infrastructure-building experience.

The Director of Futures Operations will oversee trading and clearing, manage futures and options trade flow, and enhance operational processes while collaborating with compliance and risk teams.

Investigate transaction monitoring, sanctions, trade surveillance, and blockchain alerts involving cryptocurrency activity. Conduct asset tracing and financial crime investigations covering AML, fraud, sanctions evasion, market abuse, and manipulation. Document findings, draft and submit SARs to FinCEN, escalate suspicious cases, collaborate cross-functionally, improve monitoring processes, train employees, and produce investigation reports.

Lead and enhance Webull Advisors’ investment adviser compliance program. Responsibilities include maintaining policies and controls, assessing regulatory changes, determining compliance of proposed activities, managing examinations and audits, preparing regulatory reports, creating procedures, educating stakeholders, reviewing marketing materials under the SEC Marketing Rule, conducting annual Rule 206(4)-7 reviews, and overseeing personal securities trading and the Code of Ethics.

Manage accounts payable across multiple entities, including reviewing and approving vendor invoices, reconciling statements, resolving discrepancies, maintaining vendor records, processing employee expenses, issuing payments, and protecting sensitive financial information. The role also improves AP processes, coordinates approvals and documentation, and collaborates with internal teams and vendors.

Lead and enhance the investment adviser compliance program for Webull Advisors. Responsibilities include developing policies and controls, assessing regulatory changes, managing examinations and audits, preparing regulatory filings and reports, maintaining compliance procedures, educating stakeholders, reviewing marketing materials under the SEC Marketing Rule, conducting annual compliance reviews, and overseeing personal securities trading and Code of Ethics requirements.

Manage full-cycle recruitment across corporate, operational, and specialized functions. Source and engage candidates, build talent pipelines, conduct screenings, coordinate interviews, maintain applicant records, analyze recruiting trends, advise hiring managers, support offers and onboarding, ensure employment-document compliance, and contribute to employer-brand and HR initiatives.

Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes for multiple broker-dealer entities. Oversee journal entries, reconciliations, payables, receivables, financial statements, forecasts, budgets, internal controls, and regulatory reporting. Research accounting standards, improve close-process efficiency, lead audit and regulatory relationships, and develop accounting staff. Ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP and applicable reporting requirements.

Lead implementation and operational support of the securities finance platform (FIS Loanet, Lending Pit). Establish vendor connectivity, design end-to-end securities lending processes, manage trade lifecycle (capture, settlement, collateral, recalls, reconciliations), develop controls and reporting, support UAT/production readiness, partner with Technology/Product/vendors, and identify automation opportunities.

Lead finance for Webull Pay, overseeing accounting, treasury, regulatory reporting (MTL), internal controls, audits, customer asset protection, and cross-functional finance strategy for a regulated crypto payments business.
