Lead and manage a 4–6 person technical operations team to design, build, and operate cloud and hybrid infrastructure. Own IaC, CI/CD, containerization, monitoring, incident response, data pipelines/warehouses, and compliance (SOC 2, PCI). Participate in on-call duties, set SLOs, and partner with engineering and product to unblock delivery and ensure reliability and auditability.
