Manage a book of business for MRI Contract Intelligence and Managed Services, driving cross-sell within existing customers and at least 20% net-new hunting. Own full sales cycle, conduct discovery, build trusted advisor relationships across real estate, legal, finance, and operations stakeholders, and collaborate with account teams, solution consultants, and delivery to close deals and expand market footprint.

Lead architecture and delivery of multi-agent systems on the Agora Orchestrator: design LangGraph-based orchestration, author MCP servers, build RAG systems, deploy agents on Azure Foundry and Functions, implement observability, establish patterns, and mentor engineers.

Manage end-to-end client implementations from contract to go-live, acting as primary client contact.
