Qualify and develop leads across APAC via phone, email, and social media; manage CRM and sales tools; coordinate with sales and marketing; meet targets; attend events; complete ongoing sales and product training; become a real estate sector subject matter resource.

Convert SME knowledge into structured, AI-optimized content (decision trees, step-by-step guides, metadata) to power agents and self-service. Conduct elicitation sessions, maintain content quality, analyze ticket and AI-failure trends, and collaborate with AI engineers to improve retrieval and guided workflows.

Manage a team of Support Analysts handling MRI Software inquiries; monitor queues and SLAs, coach and review performance, conduct audits, handle escalations, implement tactical plans for strategic initiatives, create support knowledgebase content, and drive process improvements to enhance client experience.
