Manage contracting activities for international operations: draft and review sales, license, NDA and subcontract agreements; maintain contract database; handle legal requests and correspondence; support in-house counsel and cross-functional teams; coordinate post-execution issue resolution and lead special projects as assigned.

Manage and grow B2B SaaS client relationships across ASEAN: build account and territory plans, drive full sales cycle from prospecting to close, forecast to leadership, coordinate internal stakeholders, deliver presentations and demos, negotiate contracts, and represent MRI at industry events.

Manage multiple concurrent client-facing SaaS implementation projects, ensuring quality delivery, customer satisfaction, scope and risk management, resource scheduling, reporting, and close collaboration with sales, consultants, and operations.
