Manage and grow enterprise accounts across the DACH region, build C-level relationships, drive revenue and quota attainment via partners, develop RFP/RFI responses, proposals and POCs, and use MEDDPICC to qualify and close complex storage deals.

Lead design and build of infrastructure for large-scale automation environments. Drive architecture, coding standards, mentor engineers, collaborate across teams, diagnose timing-sensitive and non-deterministic failures, and own quality strategy for distributed storage systems.

Own end-to-end development of storage management and automation tools: design and implement Python CLI and libraries, extend Ansible Collection modules, maintain containerized services, manage multi-distribution packaging and GitLab CI/CD, investigate field exceptions, and validate/promote releases across heterogeneous host and hypervisor environments.

Owns presales technical evaluations, customer onboarding, field troubleshooting, lab and acceptance testing, and first-line triage for enterprise storage products. Runs demos and POCs, performs on-site installs, maintains lab environments, validates releases, manages Jira triage, and documents procedures and release notes.

Drive revenue and market penetration for enterprise storage across the assigned territory by building C-level relationships, developing new and existing accounts, collaborating with SEs and partners, creating proposals and RFP/RFI responses, running competitive take-out campaigns and POCs, using MEDDPICC to qualify and close complex enterprise deals, and managing customer satisfaction pre- and post-sale to consistently exceed multi-million dollar quotas.

Lead and execute manual and automated testing across large-scale storage products. Design test strategies, develop and maintain Python-based automation frameworks, analyze results, document test plans, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product quality and delivery.
