Evaluate, qualify, and integrate off-the-shelf storage hardware; lead complex hardware debugging and failure analysis; collaborate with vendors and cross-functional teams; provide hardware-focused Level 3 support; manage hardware projects and maintain hardware knowledge base.

Develop and automate complex test scenarios and tools (primarily in Python), design testing infrastructure and plans for large-scale storage systems, participate in product architecture, diagnose race conditions and performance issues, and authorize release sign-off for product quality.
