Serve as a hands-on CFO consultant leading finance transformations for growth-stage companies: oversee accounting operations and teams, implement reporting, forecasting, controls, and complex financial models; build business plans and investor decks; partner with executives to scale finance functions and drive exit readiness; travel locally and occasionally nationally; nurture client relationships and deliver consulting services.

Lead finance transformations for growth-stage companies: oversee accounting operations, build financial models and forecasts, implement controls, manage teams (domestic/international), and advise executives on strategic initiatives, investor materials, and scalable finance processes.

Provide client-facing accounting and financial operations support including reconciliations, month-end close, financial reporting, audit preparation, cleanup, M&A integration, and ERP/accounting software administration while coordinating with client CFOs/Controllers and internal delivery teams.

Serve as a strategic accounting partner delivering senior financial management for clients—oversee accounting operations, implement controls, lead budgeting/forecasting, support growth initiatives, and collaborate with executives, investors, and advisors in interim/project engagements.

Provide interim and project-based full-cycle accounting support for small to mid-sized clients: monthly close, financial reporting, reconciliations, AP/AR/GL/payroll/cash management, revenue recognition, use accounting software (QuickBooks, NetSuite, Great Plains, Intacct) and Excel, and deliver consulting-style client service onsite.

Serve as a strategic finance partner delivering interim and project-based accounting leadership: manage accounting operations, implement controls, optimize finance functions, support budgeting/forecasting, and advise executive teams and investors for growth-stage clients.

Lead multiple client engagements within Financial Operations, ensure delivery and consultant development, drive business development and revenue growth, manage budgets and teams (6-10 direct reports), and serve as escalation point while participating in hiring, training, and firm-wide strategic initiatives.
