Manage customer orders from receipt through shipment, coordinating across Sales, Manufacturing, Procurement, and Shipping. Review and process orders in ERP/CRM, communicate order status with OEM customers, support demand planning and forecasting, generate operational reports, assist accounts receivable follow-up, and drive process improvements and system administration to ensure accurate order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
