Owns the design and delivery of payment risk systems covering underwriting, exposure, reserves, payout controls, disputes, verification, and transaction monitoring. The role requires native or C2 Italian, fluent English, strong communication skills, and at least two years of B2B account management or customer success experience.

Lead end-to-end engineering projects for checkout, order management, tax management, and traveler self-service. Design and scale reliable booking systems, including state machines, pricing and tax logic, cancellations, refunds, distributed architectures, and operational tooling. Collaborate with Product and Customer teams, contribute to discovery and solution design, participate in incident response and on-call rotations, and mentor engineers on modern development and AI tools.

Manage and nurture LATAM client relationships for a travel SaaS platform, provide proactive support, resolve issues, identify upsell opportunities, collaborate with Sales/Support/Product, and drive long-term client satisfaction.

Own the People partnership for the global GTM organization, advising Commercial, CX, and Finance/Ops leaders on organizational design, talent, compensation, performance, employee relations, compliance, and workforce planning. Lead HR cycles, manager enablement, performance-management redesign, change communication, and people analytics. Support sensitive employment matters across US states while partnering with global People, Talent Acquisition, and People Operations teams in a remote, high-growth SaaS environment.

Own end-to-end go-to-market plans for product features, including launch coordination, channel strategy, email and in-product communications, onboarding updates, webinars, newsletters, and demo videos. Track feature adoption, identify gaps, and run campaigns to improve usage. Collaborate with product, marketing, account management, and support teams while communicating directly with customers on camera. The role also involves Spanish localization and participation in major product events.
